Epheros ("we," "us") operates this website and, during the private beta described on this site, a data-ingestion product for participating firms. This page describes, at a high level, how information submitted through this site is handled.
When you submit the Request a Private Invite form, we collect the name, email address, firm name, and any other details you choose to provide (portfolio/company size, current systems, and a description of your operational problem).
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate and respond to beta applications. It is not sold, and is not shared with third parties except service providers that help us operate this site (e.g. hosting infrastructure).
For firms accepted into the private beta, a separate data processing agreement governing email, document, and financial data ingestion is executed directly with that firm before any onboarding begins. Nothing on this website constitutes such an agreement.
